My training sessions are bespoke to your needs and goals and are designed to fit around your lifestyle.
I can train you at your home/garden, in a local park, or at my small studio at my home. I offer 8 week programmes, or ad hoc sessions. If you're unsure what sort of training would suit you please get in contact and we can chat through the options
1 TO 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer an 8 week programme of 1 to 1 personal training tailored to you individually. I always start with a fitness assessment and consultation which is free of charge. We will discuss your goals and I will assess your cardio fitness, strength and flexibility. From there I will design a training plan for you which will include weekly sessions with me as well as an exercise programme to complete during the week (designed to fit around your schedule).
OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING
Outdoor group training sessions take place Tuesday mornings 9.15 - 10.15 at The Moor, Berkhamsted.
The sessions are a mix of cardio and resistance training and suitable for all abilities.
Pre booking is essential as spaces are limited to a maximum of 8 people.

PRE AND POST NATAL PROGRAMMES
I offer 1 to 1 sessions designed specifically for your stage of pregnancy, or your post natal needs. You are of course welcome to bring your little one along. These sessions can be 1-1 or in a small group
